Athens Defensive Driving School is Certified by the Ohio Department of Public Safety.

Since 1987, the Athens Defensive Driving School has provided dependable, compassionate service to people in need of driver's license reinstatement.

 

We are a state approved remedial driving course. This course is taken as a requirement for having a driver's license returned due to a twelve point suspension. Section 4510.038(A) of the Ohio Revised Code. This will allow you to apply to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to credit two points from your driving record in accordance with Section 4510.037(C) if you have between 2 and not more than 11 points.
